This website is operated by Chimney Sheep Ltd (company number 08218805), a company registered in England and Wales. We trade under three brands, each with its own website (together, the “Sites”):

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chimney Sheep Ltd. These Terms of Service apply to whichever of the Sites you are using, and to all information, tools and services available from that Site, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting a Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink, such as our Privacy Policy and the relevant Site's Refund Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Sites, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using a Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Sites. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which are summarised in Section 5A below.

Our Sites are hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By using any of the Sites, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Site.
You may not use our products or the Sites for any unlawful purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including intellectual property laws.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your right to use the Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, subject to applicable law.
You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks, and may be adapted to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, or access to it, without our express written permission.
Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
We are not responsible if information on a Site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on the Sites is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on material on the Sites is at your own risk.
The Sites may contain historical information, which is provided for reference only and is not necessarily current. We reserve the right to modify the content of the Sites at any time, but have no obligation to update any information.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service, save where this would affect an order you have already placed and paid for.

We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any products we offer. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
● Right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, and to receive a refund. Some exceptions apply (for example, made-to-order or bespoke items, and hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed).
● Faulty or misdescribed goods. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, depending on how long you have had the item.
Full details of how to exercise these rights, including timeframes and any exceptions, are set out in the Refund Policy for the Site you purchased from (links above). These statutory rights are in addition to, and are not limited by, that policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or that use the same account, payment card, or billing/shipping address as a cancelled or restricted order. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and purchase information, and to promptly update your details (including email address and payment information) so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We may give you access to third-party tools that we do not monitor and have no control over. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and without endorsement by us. Your use of any optional third-party tools is at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party's own terms before using them.
The Sites may include links to third-party websites or materials that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy or content of any third-party materials or websites, and we do not warrant or accept liability for them. Please review the third party's own policies before engaging in any transaction with them.
If you send us comments, ideas, suggestions or other materials (“comments”), whether requested by us or not, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute and otherwise use them in any medium, without restriction, compensation, or obligation to keep them confidential or to respond.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any third party's intellectual property or these Terms.
You agree that your comments will not infringe any third party's rights (including copyright, trade mark or privacy rights), and will not be unlawful, abusive or obscene, or contain viruses or malware. You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy; we accept no liability for comments posted by you or any third party.
Your submission of personal information through any of the Sites is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions on a Site relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct these, and to change, update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).
In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you must not use a Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any regulations, rules or laws; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against anyone; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track others' personal information without consent; (i) to spam, phish, or scrape the Site; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site. We may terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibitions.
We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable. We may remove or suspend the Service at any time.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service and all products supplied through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the price you paid for the relevant product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chimney Sheep Ltd, our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Obligations and liabilities incurred by either party before termination will survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms apply until terminated by either you or us. You may stop using the Sites at any time. If we reasonably believe you have failed to comply with these Terms, we may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Sites at any time, without notice, though you will remain liable for any amounts already due.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies posted on the Sites (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or communications between you and us on that subject.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of a Site may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and nothing in these Terms takes away that right.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to the relevant Site. It is your responsibility to check the Site periodically. Your continued use of a Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
