This is designed to hold together the modular picnic set made out of sugarcane plastic. It is a good size and practical width, and has a reassuring sturdiness to it. The plastic grippy thing is readily adjustable.
While it is designed to be used for the modular picnic set it’s a very versatile thing in its own right. You can use it to strap and carry sleeping bags, yoga mats, sleeping mats, bundles of firewood….the list is endless. It even doubles up as a makeshift dog lead. You could use it to tow a recalcitrant sheep or even use it as a sling.
It is the sort of thing that is just useful to have with you, and when a large strong looped piece of cotton webbing with adjustable grippy thing is required, you can be the person to produce it and save the day. It’s like a Swiss army pen-knife of potentially useful applications.

Our yarns are made from left-over textiles, sourced from mills and factories. Saved from landfill, the cotton is spun into our macrame cords, or cut into strips for t-shirt yarn.

We buy A LOT of Herdwick wool from local farmers, around 30 tons a year. Our other wool products are made in the UK using UK wool.
